Tyler has called Teton Valley home since 2009, and it’s here that he discovered not just a place to live, but a community to build for. From an early age, construction was in his blood — his father was a builder, and Tyler grew up fascinated by design, architecture, and the artistic process of bringing ideas to life. Whether it was painting, playing music, or building with his hands, creating something meaningful was always part of who he was.

At just 17, he started working at the lumber yard in Jackson, Wyoming. From stocking boards to contractor sales and construction material takeoffs, Tyler learned the building world from the ground up. He picked up side jobs in framing and custom woodworking, gaining the skills and appreciation for detail that would later set him apart. By 2015, he committed to framing full-time, training under professionals to master reading plans and executing complex builds.

In 2020, Tyler founded TCM Builders with a simple but powerful belief: always be the builder that people can trust and recommend without hesitation. Since then, he has become known in Teton Valley for his passion, precision, and pride in every single project. His signature work can be seen all over Teton Valley, and specifically in Hastings Farms Country Homes — a community of custom residences that reflect the very best of mountain living.

What drives Tyler isn’t just the craftsmanship — it’s the connection. He takes pride in knowing his clients are building forever homes that will be loved for generations. For him, the reward comes when clients are thrilled with the finished product and he can step back, knowing he created something lasting. That same pride is shared across the teams he hires, from his own crews to subcontractors, because Tyler believes quality only happens when every person on the job brings the same passion and care.

Outside of building, Tyler is dedicated to his family, his health, and his community. He’s passionate about jiujitsu, fitness, and living a balanced life that allows him to provide for his wife and daughter while staying sharp for the hard work he loves. No matter the project, Tyler brings the same energy every day: up early, ready to give his best, and committed to delivering homes that inspire pride for both his clients and himself.
